徳岛県は美しい自然と过ごしやすい気候に恵まれた地域です。それと同时に、少子高齢化が最も进んだ地域の一つと言えます。医学の进歩はもちろん、社会や自然环境の変化のスピードは思った以上に早いものです。健康问题は社会を反映していますから、病院で働く人はつねに新たな课题に直面します。「限られた働き手と资源でいかに质の高い医疗を続けていくか」を、真剣に考える时なのです。
当研究室では、病理学、临床検査医学を基盘に、医疗现场、临床検査や病理検査室の问题解决に繋がる研究を幅広く、タイムリーに行い、成果を社会に还元することを目指します。学内外の病院と连携し、临床研究から社会医学研究にわたる幅広い研究手法を用いたいと考えています。一方、学部教育では、社会人へのレジリエンスある移行のために、知识活用、対话を重视した学习方法を実践し、検証していきます。
质の高い医疗を発展させることにより、地域の方々に喜びと活力をもたらし、医疗従事者もこころ豊かな人生を送れるようになる―これが当教室のゴールです。
Tokushima Prefecture is blessed with beautiful nature and a comfortable climate. It is also said to be one of those regions in which a decreasing birthrate and an aging population are advancing at the highest rate. In addition to advancements in medicine, the society and the natural environment have been changing faster than experienced. Health problems reflect the society, and thus, the people who work in hospitals are constantly facing new issues. It is time to seriously contemplate how to continue providing high-quality medical care with limited personnel resources.
On research, based on pathology and laboratory medicine, we are carrying out broad-reaching and timely research theme that lead to solve problems in medical care environments, laboratory medicine and pathology , aiming at returning the results to the society. We intend to establish links with hospitals inside and outside of the university and use a wide range of research methods covering all fields, from clinical research through to sociomedical research. In undergraduate education, we practice and verify learning methods that place the emphasis on the use of knowledge and dialogue to facilitate the resilient transition from students to working adults.
Our goal is to provide, by developing high-quality medical care, members of the community with joy and vitality and to nurture medical workers who are able to enjoy fruitful lives.
