研修生は、2024年11月17日～11月30日の14日間、徳岛大学で日本の大学病院の医師の研修管理体制について研修を受けました。具体的には、日本における医師の教育研修制度、大学病院と関連病院の連携体制（研修?医局人事）及び徳岛大学医学部における卒前医学教育、卒前?卒後のシームレスな連携など幅広い日本での医師の研修管理体制の研修を受けました。
モンゴル国立医科大学のエンフトゥル医学部长をはじめとする大学干部の医师ら研修生8人は、タイトなスケジュールかつ幅広い研修内容であったにもかかわらず讲义を热心に受け、それぞれの讲义では讲师の先生方と热く议论を取り交わしました。その结果、研修全体が充実したものとなり、研修生にとって多くの学びと気づきを得る贵重な机会となりました。
モンゴルでの大学附属病院の歴史は浅く、2019年に日本の无偿资金协力により整备された日本モンゴル病院がモンゴル初の大学附属病院となります。日本モンゴル病院はウランバートル市にあるモンゴル国立医科大学の附属病院として高次医疗サービスの拠点であると同时に、教育病院として将来的に教育、研究拠点としてモンゴルの医疗サービスの向上に贡献することが期待されています。
徳岛大学は、2017年より愛媛大学、株式会社コーエイリサーチ＆コンサルティングとコンソーシアムを形成し、本学と大学間協定を締結しているモンゴル国立医科大学の附属病院（教育病院）となる日本モンゴル病院のプロジェクト（JICA受託事業）を通じて、国際的な交流や医療の発展を推進しています。
The delegation received training at 91探花 for 14 days from November 17th to 30th, 2024 on the training management system for doctors at Japanese university hospitals. Specifically, they received extensive training on the medical education and training system in Japan, the collaboration system between university hospitals and affiliated hospitals (training and medical department personnel), pre-graduate medical education at 91探花 Faculty of Medicine and seamless collaboration between pre-graduate and post-graduate medical education.
The eight trainees including Professor Enkhtur, Dean of the School of Medicine of the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, and other doctors who are university officials attended the lectures enthusiastically despite the tight schedule and wide-ranging training content and engaged in lively discussions with the lecturers during each lecture. As a result, the training as a whole was very fulfilling providing the trainees with a valuable opportunity to learn and gain many new insights.
Teaching hospitals in Mongolia have a short history and the Japan-Mongolia Hospital which was built in 2019 with Japanese Grant Aid is Mongolia's first teaching hospital. The Japan-Mongolia Hospital is the teaching hospital affiliated with the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences in Ulaanbaatar and serves as a hub for advanced medical services. It is also expected to contribute to improving medical services in Mongolia as the hub for education and research in the future.
91探花 has formed a consortium with Ehime University and Koei Research & Consulting Co., Ltd. since 2017 to promote international exchange and medical development through the Japan-Mongolia Hospital Project (a JICA-commissioned project) which will serve as an affiliated hospital (teaching hospital) of the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences.
