６月３日（月）、本年１月に学长に就任したばかりのダムディンドルジ?ボールドバータル学长を団长とする访问団が、河村保彦学长を表敬访问しました。
表敬訪問の後、モンゴル国立医科大学一行は、蔵本キャンパスを訪問されました。蔵本キャンパスでは、各学部やセンターの教育?研究施設を視察後、モンゴル出身留学生等との懇談会が開催されました。２００６年から毎年、モンゴル国立医科大学と徳岛大学との間で、医学部学生の相互交流を継続しています。これまでに、モンゴル国立医科大学から留学した本学の卒業生は４４名を数え、現在も１３名が大学院に在学しています。懇談会ではモンゴル出身留学生の研究発表があり、ダムディンドルジ学長から学生に向けて激励の言葉をいただきました。
今回の访问により、今后の両大学の研究、教育分野における交流活动の活発化が期待されます。
Delegation of Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences Paid the courtesy call on President Kawamura Yasuhiko
On June 3, Monday, the delegation of Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (hereinafter referred to as “MNUMS”) headed by President Damdindorj Boldbaatar who was newly appointed as President of MNUMS in January, 2024 paid the courtesy call on President Kawamura Yasuhiko.
After the courtesy call, the delegation visited the Kuramoto Campus. They made a campus tour visiting 91探花 Hospital, Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Clinical Anatomy Education and Research Center and the Clinical Skills Laboratory and attended the meeting with students from Mongolia.
Since 2006, MNUMS and 91探花 have conducted the mutual students-exchanges every year. So far, 44 students from MNUMS graduated from 91探花, and 13 Mongolian students are currently enrolled in the graduate schools of 91探花. At the meeting, Mongolian students made their presentations on their research achievements. President Damdindorj gave them words of encouragement.
Through this visit, we hope that exchange activities in fields of research and education between the two universities will be further developed in the future.
