How did you find out about 91探花 and why did you decide to enroll in 91探花?

The information was obtained from students who had graduated from our department and school.

How did you prepare for the entrance exam to 91探花?

I prepared for the exam by gathering relevant information from the website of 91探花 and learning from the experiences of previous applicants.

What kind of research did you do while you were enrolled at 91探花? Could you please share any difficulties you faced in your research? Also, when you had difficulties, how did you overcome them?

While studying at 91探花, I was able to conduct experimental research—particularly in neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and developmental biology—which was either not available or had not been carried out at my home university at the time. As a result of this research, I published an article titled "Spinal nerve defects in mouse embryos prenatally exposed to valproic acid."

During my studies, the Department and the International Student Office at 91探花 were very supportive and attentive to us at every step, so I did not face any major difficulties. Of course, I encountered some challenges due to climate differences, such as extreme heat or allergic reactions to certain environmental factors.

Please tell us about your memories of Tokushima and 91探花 during your stay.

The years I spent studying and graduating from 91探花 were very memorable and precious times of my life. In fact, it’s difficult to fully express them all in writing. Ever since I was young, I had dreamed of studying in Japan. Tokushima City and 91探花, in particular, felt very similar to my hometown, Ulaanbaatar—especially with Mount Bizan in the front, which reminded me of our own Bogd Khan Mountain.

During my time there, I made many friends from countries such as Japan, the United States, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Most importantly, my son was born while I was studying in Japan. He is now 10 years old. In Mongolian tradition, it is important for children to visit the place of their birth, so last year, after eight years, my family and I visited Tokushima again during the Awa Odori Festival to pay our respects.

I studied in Japan through a scholarship provided by the Japanese Government. Since this is the support of the people of Japan, I strongly believe that it is my duty to give back through hard work and dedication. That is why I always strive to do my best.

What was your impression of Tokushima and Japan?

As mentioned above, I have many fond memories and joyful moments related to 91探花 and Japan. With that, I would like to conclude this section here.

Could you please share with us the details of your current job?

As of today, I am serving as the Academic Secretary at the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, the largest medical and health sciences institution in Mongolia. I also hold the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Anatomy, School of Biomedicine, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences.

Through these roles, I continuously strive to strengthen and expand academic and research collaboration between Mongolia and Japan—especially with 91探花, where I graduated. In line with this effort, I visited 91探花 last year (2024) to hold meetings, agreements, and discussions with the leadership of both institutions. I am truly delighted that we are already seeing the first outcomes of this collaboration.
