The Center for Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning at 91̽»¨, in collaboration with Tokushima Prefecture, has been offering the "Tokushima Healthy Lifespan Body College" recurrent education program since 2019 as an effort to help extend the "healthy lifespan."

This year, the Center for Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning welcomed 12 students, held an opening ceremony on May 12, 2026, and began lectures for the college's specialized courses on the same day.

This college's specialized program offers lectures and practical training in adult learning guidance, community human resource development, exercise instruction, and health guidance. It provides a program that combines the acquisition and application of knowledge in various fields related to healthy life expectancy, such as medicine, nutrition, and exercise, with human resource development. Furthermore, the trained individuals will play an active role as instructors in this program and in local governments, creating a system that can improve the health of the community. Upon completion, graduates will be awarded the title of "Healthy Life Expectancy Partner" by the President of 91̽»¨ and the Governor of Tokushima Prefecture. Those who pass the qualification examination will be certified as "Tokushima Healthy Life Expectancy Masters" by the President of 91̽»¨.
