91̽»¨’s Basic Philosophy and Policy for Internationalization aims to cultivate practical human resources with broad perspective and global awareness and who can collaborate with people around the world, as well as to deepen international collaboration in both education and research, and contribute to the development of the international community.
To translate this philosophy and policy into concrete measures and steadily build upon its results, we established the 91̽»¨ International Center on April 1, 2026, as a core organization.
As a practical hub connecting the local community and the world, the International Center will work hard to further enhance the university’s international education and research environment.
