On Sunday, October 5, 2025, a redback spider was discovered near the Innovation Plaza on 91̽»¨'s Josanjima Campus (north of the Common Lecture Building, Faculty of Science and Technology).
Redback spiders are poisonous invasive species, so please be careful not to touch them or catch them with your bare hands.
