From August 29th to September 1st, President Noji led a delegation to Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). The purpose of the visit was to renew the academic exchange agreement between 91̽»¨ and UTeM, and to attend the completion ceremony of the Study Abroad First-Step Program in Malaysia, 2019, an overseas training program for Tokushima students that was carried out in cooperation with UTeM.
